A380 Emirates

Air ticket finally booked le~
We will be flying Emirates A380 Airbus, 21 Sept 0200 flight,
have to reach airport by 20 Sept 2300 to check in and try to upgrade to extra leg room seats!

We've booked seat 68B/C (standard economy) for both flight,
Fly 7hours to Dubai, then from Dubai another 7hours to London, with 2 meals included so definitely will not go on hunger strike hehe. :)

Already bought a few long sleeves and jeans from Uniqlo, thanks to my ex-colleagues for their lovely winter coat, I don't even need to get one myself anymore (save money)!

Mother in law also pass me wool glove, socks and a nice windbreaker.. :) Most of the stuff have already been packed, just a few more stuff to purchase over..

Things to buy:

Hada lobo Facial form + Lotion, this brand is selling like hot cakes all around Asia, but I'm not sure if UK have it so its better to buy 6 months supply first in case I can't find it. Cos I simply love this brand, its cheap and good!

Anti-Theft Travel Bag, (to hide money & passport!) I know Taka sell this, but its really quite costly.. Then again..Its really very important to have one of this.. I'm super scare of being Rob, cos in a country so far away from home.. anything could happen. So...I will invest in this, both me & hubby gonna have at least 1 of this to ensure safety.

Thats all for now... I guess most of the things can be bought in cambridge... Can't wait to go Primark, so many people keep telling me about it and I'm really excited to goo..

Still need to go through the stupid wisdom tooth surgery first... :( On 4th Sept.. coming Tuesday...3 days away... Omg I'm so scare...

Mushroom Pork with Tempura Sauce

 

Tried cooking mushrooms with pork in Tempura sauce..

its quite yummy! :D

 

Ingredient:

Shiitake Mushrooms

Mince Pork (mix with egg and flour to make pork softer after cooked.)

Chop Garlic

Tempura Sauce (A must!)

Pepper (Best if its black pepper)

Sesame Oil

Fish Sauce (Optional)

 

Step 1: Wash Mushrooms

Step 2: Pour butter/oil in a pan, cook chop garlic until fragrant

Step 3: Pour mushrooms into pan, add tempura sauce and pepper. Cook until mushrooms slightly soften.

Step 4: Pour mince pork into pan, continue to stir and spread the mince pork.

Step 5: Add sesame oil and fish sauce.

Step 6: Stir until pork is fully cook and SERVE!

什么才算幸福？

这几天的早上，都是被老公上班前的吻给吻醒来.. 对我来说这就是幸福。

昨天晚上老公又给了个小小惊喜巧克力! 他在外面时不时还会想起我，对我来说这就是幸福。

偶尔，尤其在特别的日子他还会送花，以前的我会和很多其他女人一样觉得浪费钱，展位置。不过想想这代表了他在尝试着要让你开心， 对我来说这就是幸福。（而且花的确很漂亮啊~ 绝对不要拒绝他的心意，不然以后要都不会有了！）

每次和心爱的人互相都有说不完的话题，对我来说这就是幸福。

每天都有无止境的我爱你／我很想你听（两年多了，每一天），对我来说这就是幸福。

平常小气的他对别人是曼计较的.. 但对我从不计较，好吃的都让我吃多一点，好用的都让我用，东西贵了点但我真的很喜欢他都会尽量买给我。而他也常常说他对我有特别的待遇，对我来说这就是幸福。

和我吵架时他都非常绅士绝对会让我，对我来说这就是幸福。

有人帮忙做家务，家务也从不计较谁做多或少，分工合作，只要有空就帮忙。对我来说这就是幸福。

一起看鬼片，一起入睡。如果半夜需要去厕所，他会陪我去。对我来说这就是幸福。

没有化妆，头发油油的我会给他赞可爱，对我来说这就是幸福。

他不喜欢我化妆，因为我不让他亲我（口红会掉而且妆会卸掉），他在乎我们的互动，不在乎我表面有没有很美。对我来说这就是幸福。

不论我煮的东西多难吃，老公也都会说好吃，而且还吃到光光，对我来说这就是幸福。

知道我懒惰拿水所以干脆不喝，他会特地装了1.5Litre的水故意放在我面前给我方便喝，对我来说这就是幸福。

每天都知道有人在等我／给我等的感觉，那种每天都不寂寞的感觉，对我来说这就是幸福。

一起买家庭用品，一起计划我们的未来，为未来打拼，对我来说这就是幸福。

已经不用做工了，开开心心，轻轻松松，等不及飞！
